Is it safe to use?
Yes! The cup is made from heat-resistant ceramic designed to handle gentle candle heat safely. Always place it on a flat, heat-safe surface and keep it away from drafts or flammable items.
How do I clean it?
Once cooled, simply remove leftover chocolate and wash the cup with warm soapy water. It’s reusable, easy to clean, and dishwasher safe
How long does it take to melt chocolate?
Usually around 3–5 minutes depending on the type of chocolate and room temperature. Stir occasionally for the smoothest melt.
Does the Warmr™ Fondue Cup come with a candle?
No — the tealight candle is not included with the Warmr™ Fondue Cup.
For safety and shipping regulations, we’re unable to send open-flame items such as candles.
How does it work?
Simply place a tealight candle under the cup, add your favorite chocolate pieces or chips into the upper bowl, and let the warmth slowly melt it within minutes. Stir occasionally for a silky-smooth texture.
